Hej!
Som man kan tro av rubriken är jag inte på det bästa humöret, jag finner mig konstant irriterad på onödiga saker.

Imorse när jag ställde mig på vågen blev jag inte nöjd... sen insåg jag att snart är det mens-dags och som ni kanske vet så sväller en del kvinnor upp rejält och lägger på ett kg eller två.

Så jag gick vidare till min mätning och insåg att där hade jag fått resultat!

Mitt nya kortsiktiga mål var att gå ner 3kg i november, men här och nu ändrar jag det till cm runt magen!

Det är viktigt för mig att bli påmind om hur lurad man kan bli av vågen!
Den här gången kör jag inte enbart kost, nu är det träning som gäller vilket innebär att måttbandet kommer ge bäst motivation.
